Hi everyone Owen here, I am a Deep Tissue Massage Therapist. Over my years of giving massage treatments I really saw the power of this bodywork on calming my clients down and releasing some of that stress both within their body and mind.


With the often explained theory behind the power of touch for us as humans and how it can activate the parasympathetic system (the autonomic nervous system), I felt the inclusion of mindful awareness of the body could really bring an even more calming treatment experience.


The mind & body connection is something I am very passionate about and within my deep tissue massage sessions I often finish with a much slower, rhythmic and calming technique. My clients always feel calmer within their mind.

I wanted to include beautiful music, soothing oil, a gentle rhythmic touch and connecting the clients mind to their body. All taking place throughout a 60 minute massage experience. The client follows my hands movements and bring their attention to their body. I apply a light and slow massage technique to the body. Throughout the client can feel at bliss as they bring mindful awareness to the treatment and the surroundings of the moment. Creating this wonderfully calm and flowing experience to help clients both mentally and physically lift some of those current stresses in their life.


I am so honored to have experience and knowledge of Carla-Jo Geraghty, a Breathworks trained Mindfulness Teacher to support in the technique of this blissful treatment.
